We offer a customized assisted living facility with five bedrooms, located in Burnsville, Minnesota, in a quiet and welcoming neighborhood. Our location provides convenient access to nearby hospitals, clinics, shopping centers, and community activities.
We serve individuals aged 55 and older and accept various waiver programs, including CADI, Elderly Waiver, Brain Injury Waiver, as well as private pay. Our facility is fully wheelchair accessible, with ramps and easy entry to ensure comfort and safety for all residents.
Our dedicated staff brings over 15 years of combined experience in home care services. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our residents by delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being.
